The Ohio 10th handed PSV/MLS a major blow, dismissing the appeal outright before hearing substantive arguments, and remanding the case back to the lower court continue trial. The defendants will either have to comply with the lower court ruling (or risk consequences), appeal to the Supreme Court, or attempt some other radical strategy. I’ll have more on this later of course. Stay tuned.
